Elder's Duties
- An Elder's job is the spiritual oversight of the church.
- They are the "Superintendents" of the work.
- They see areas that need work and delegate the task to those who can do it efficiently.
- They are responsible for assuring that the truth is taught in every teaching program in the church and that the mission of the church
(to Seek and Save the Lost Souls of the World) is ever before us.
- They are the final authority in all matters as long as their decisions are in keeping with the scriptures:
